• The deposit secures your place on the trip, accommodation, transportation, and lesson arrangements.
• Once the deposit is paid, your initial registration is confirmed. We will then arrange accommodation, lessons, and other services according to your booking details.

Installment plans are currently unavailable for both the deposit and the remaining balance.

• Yes. A non-skiing companion may opt out of the ski lessons, and the lesson-related cost will be deducted according to the package details.
• They can still share the accommodation and transportation and join the other scheduled activities, making this a good option for couples, families, and friends.

• The 5D4N ski package requires a minimum of two participants.
• Solo bookings are accepted for two-day ski lessons and private instructor services.

Yes. If you and your friends book separately, please include their names in the booking notes or contact us through our official LINE account. We will do our best to arrange a shared room, subject to hotel availability and the number of participants.

• You may request a date change, but approval depends on the departure date, hotel availability, transportation arrangements, instructor availability, and resort conditions.
• If accommodation, transportation, lift tickets, or other third-party costs have already been incurred, a change fee may apply or the change may not be possible.

• Yes. In addition to the 5D4N ski package, heyheySnow offers two-day ski lessons, advanced S-Turn lessons, one-day private lessons, and mountain guide services.
• If you have already arranged your own accommodation and transportation, you can book a lesson or private instructor service separately.

Lesson-only bookings do not include accommodation and are best suited to guests who have arranged their own transportation and lodging. If you would like accommodation, transportation, lift tickets, equipment, and lessons arranged together, we recommend the 5D4N ski package.

• Yes. The 5D4N ski package includes some free time, such as time to explore Tokyo or make personal plans after skiing.
• Ski lessons, meeting times, transfers, and accommodation arrangements still follow the group itinerary, so please schedule personal activities during the designated free time.

• Pre-departure information is usually provided progressively before the trip and includes meeting details, accommodation information, transportation arrangements, packing advice, and ski-related reminders.
• Hotel confirmations, transportation tickets, and other travel documents will be sent through our official LINE account or by email once confirmed.

• The heyheySnow 5D4N ski package does not include round-trip flights. Guests must purchase their own airfare.
• If you need guidance before booking, we can help you confirm suitable arrival and departure times.

• Yes. If you prefer to travel to the hotel independently, please let us know when booking or before departure so we can coordinate the rest of your itinerary.
• We will provide the check-in details and meeting time so you can join the group.
• If airport transfer is included in your package, any unused transfer service cannot be exchanged for credit or refunded.
